How do I open a support ticket?

Email info@aliphplus.com with your account identifier, a clear subject line, and steps to reproduce the issue. For urgent production outages, mark the subject URGENT and include the best phone number for callback.

Where do I get billing help?

Billing questions—invoices, payment methods, plan changes—go to the same address. Please reference your invoice number when available.

What are your support hours?

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time. We aim to respond to inquiries within one business day.

Do you offer SLAs?
