Hosting and recurring services
Subscription hosting and similar recurring services are generally billed in advance. Cancellations typically take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan.
Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period may be offered at our discretion or as required by applicable law.
Professional services and custom work
Custom software, consulting, agency projects, and migrations are usually non-refundable once work has commenced, except where a written agreement specifies milestone-based refunds or a satisfaction window.
Deposits and upfront payments may be applied to completed or in-progress deliverables as described in your proposal.
Disputes
