Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) protects our clients, infrastructure, and reputation. Use of our hosting, network resources, or related services must comply with this AUP and applicable law.

Prohibited activities

Unlawful content or activity, including fraud, harassment, distribution of malware, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating open relays without authorization.

Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.

Mining cryptocurrency on shared resources without written approval.

Activities that materially degrade shared infrastructure for other customers.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate services, remove content, or cooperate with law enforcement where required. Where practical, we will attempt to contact the account owner before drastic action, except in emergencies.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse to info@aliphplus.com with relevant URLs, timestamps, and logs if available.
